Poppy is our unofficial clinic supervisor, quality assurance officer, and full-time conversationalist.

She first arrived at our doors as a pregnant stray looking for safety, and decided she was home. Since then, she’s made herself an essential part of the team, overseeing daily operations from the reception desk, treatment area, office and anywhere else she feels needs supervision.

You’ll often hear her before you see her, happily chatting away throughout the clinic and keeping staff and visitors company with her running commentary. Whether she’s greeting clients or demanding attention between appointments, she takes her role very seriously.

Equal parts boss, greeter, and resident diva, she reminds us every day why we love what we do.
